I fully understand (and agree to) your criticism on these marketing words like "doctor driven". However, in this case I know the doctor closely and I know that the car has been kept and maintained properly.

I agree that user manual should always be followed, therefore am going to pour in 5w30 oil. I have bought Total 9000 future 5w30 (fully synthetic) oil. I hope it is not a bad choice, if not the best? and I also hope change interval of 4-5K is appropriate?

Does oil filter needs to be changed despite of low mileage?
Issue: I'm using amsoil 0w-20 SS with suzuki geniune oil filter
Geniune filter is recommended for 10K kms or 6 months
I will complete 10k kms in nearly 9 months, then what to do with oil filter? Change it every 6 or should run up to 9 months?

Harm? do you even know what mileage amsoil is rated for or how many oil analysis tests it has gone through by users on bobistheoilguy attesting to it's performance?

Just change the filter amsoil is considered a once a year oil depending on most people's mileage. Would even be good at 20k km's.

What is the recommended coolant for Baleno 2005 with stock G13BB engine.

caltex coolant is best and is locally available in Pakistan.

I would suggest a very mild flush of the system, making sure everything is nice n solid, new thermostat in place and fill it up.
