A mechanic told me on weak engine carb cleaner shouldn't be sprayed as it clears dirt inside which weakens compression. What do you say about it ?

What? Carb cleaner needs to be only sprayed on carb and not inside engine and carb has to be off the car to be thoroughly cleaned. Must be an ustaad who told u dis. An ustad told me to not put zic and said it will disturb valve clearance and car will give smoke.

@Xulfiqar Bhai I was wondering ,if you could tell that why in the land of pure,technicians hate variable displacement compressors?????
Why solution to every problem is fixed displacement compressor of holy Toyota duet????
Many times there is problem with compressors solenoid valve,and the uselessly destroy the original system ??? Please shed some light.

Because the variable displacement compressors are sensor based, sensor based compressors are rarely found in working condition from the used parts market, 2 out of 10 work. Whereas the holy duet compressor can be checked before installation and 8 out of 10 work.
The logic way with a failed vdc is to buy new, those are for more than double the price of the holy duet compressor, and as always, in the land of the pure, everybody wants work to be done fee-sa-bee-lillah(free)

Cultus 2005 engine replaced with EFI technology. Recently clutch assembly was changed and AC was serviced. While driving with AC whenever gear is shifted RPM suddenly drops to 0 and engine stops. It only happens when car is moving.

if you want the technical reason, then its very simple. the variable load compressor relies on exact and accurate charge of gas and oil in the system to work - if you try to adjust the gas from "pressure gauge ka andaazda" it will malfunction.

incorrect - GM were using variable displacement compressors in the 1970s too

No, most are ahead. However the idiot ac mechanics choose to remain 75 years in the past because

1 they can make a ton of money selling you a compressor
2 they can make a ton of money selling you a compressor

You can understand from above where im going. If you visit some country outside of Pakistan, the same variable compressor works perfectly even in hottest of countries. It just requires proper basic approach to repair.

Yes suzuki ecstar oils are bit expensive
75w 3L for cultus ags and alto ags, also costs same, 7200
Pricing is not an issue, will go for the recommended grade, which is 75w80 for my manual

Suzuki mehran 2014 70k driven. From 2 days ging noise like air blower is running when shifted to 2nd gear and so on. Feels like inside blower is on but actually it is not. Please advice like air ye awaz kis chez ki hy??
