Head Light bulb burst itself within Head light body without any physical intact.

Just burst after 12 hours of installation

Can happen due to blown fuse, a bad relay, wiring related problem, or even touching the bulbs with bare hands while fitting.

If I am correct, these are aftermarket bulbs, not OEM like Sylvania, Osram etc. Quality and reliability seems to be the main problem here.

How can a blown fuse cause anything? this could happen if surface of bulb was contaminated i.e someone touched the glass of bulb.

Yes. With a blown fuse headlights shall not work.

Most likely cause of this breakage is touching the bulbs with bare hands, which I already have mentioned.

But OEM bulbs should be used instead of aftermarket ones.

Suzuki cultus 122k kilometers drive with factory suggested oil. Now problem is car gives white smoke for 5 seconds in morning start or starting after long resting like 2 to 3 hours happen on cold start only. Help what could be possible reason.

No bulb was inside head light and properly working.
Surprisingly, it did not touch chrome part of any other part.

No fuse was blown. Just I put next bulb and it started without any issue.

Only weird part is broken bulb crashed glass tiny pieces are roaming inside head light.
For this, I will have to open head light and get it open from some Light repairing guy to remove glass pieces

This could be due to hardened value seats or seals in engine head from which oil seeps into the cylinder when it is at rest or cold. That gives white smoke at the start only and once it warms up it gets fine as leakage is too low to continuously drip oil into cylinder... engine condition and ring piston are otherwise fine

use a domestic vacuum cleaner to remove debris from inside the head light.
improvise short dia garden hose as extension tube to vacuum cleaner stock accessories. use bulb slot to insert pipe and clean the housing.

I can differentiate between smoke and steam so there is smoke in my case.

Guys i have santro 2003 engine changed to 860cc but exactly look like santro's 1000cc engine... But its fuel mileage is not good. I am using shell 20w40 in it... Kindly suggest me how to increase the mileage of my car it is 8,9 with ac in city.... I am ready to change engine to 1000cc again but do not know any trusted mechanic which help me to buy Engine...
