5 to 6 Days ago, i noticed weak battery signs, refilled battery fluid with 10 hour charging made it live again.
But next morning 5 days ago, car was again not starting, electrician came and he pushed car back & forth and suspected that Self Kuppi seems faulty as car started after this practice of back & forth pushing. But after several times off and on, all went ok.
3 Days go, my battery went completely bad so replaced Battery (Battey costed Rs. 9,300)
2 Days ago my CDI went bad, As per Auto-electrician, it was not distributing Current so he brought used one (Kabli) from Shafiq Morr and expense was Rs. 4,000
1 day ago yesterday, i was driving car but it was feeling like too much under-powered and then all of sudden, car stopped with burning smell, all electrical signs went Off. Upon opening bonnet, came to know that Ground wiring were burning near Negative battery terminal. There were 2 Wires coming from negative terminal/ pole of Battery, one thick one was going to Engine block connected via Lugs there near Transmission while another thin one is connected to body near fender.
Both were burning with spark and thinner one is almost melted completely while thicker one was also burning.
By mistakenly, i touched wire and being hot wires, it burnt my 2 fingers too.
@Xulfiqar can you state the reason and guide why negative/earth wire burnt so badly? Is there any specific reason
