One more thing to ask what could cause low MAF voltage at wide open throttle @ 5000 to 6000 rpms.
What could have gone wrong or ECU restriction something or ecu going in safe mode to cut off air flow but if that is the thing then how rpms reaching that high.

Ignition timing is not a fixed value on efi cars, the ecu wildly changes timing on the run.

Your maf is bad if it cannot go a gulp test of above 3.5v

Probably murdered in the name of tuning.

Let me explain in simple words
Mere pass honda civic x turbo hai 2016
80K driven
Last month i was crossing underpass and i pushed the accelerator
gari ne race lena chordi aur meter me sari lights agayi
phir gari band krke start ki to race lena shuru krdi aur lights gayab hogayi
after 15 days again yehi problem shuru hogayi
Gari scan krwayi to P2138 code araha hai
Throttle body bhi replace krwa ke dekh li
Throttle pedal bhi replace krwa ke dekh liya
But race dete saath di gari limp mode me chali jaati hai 3k rpm se uper nahi jaati and gari me bilkul jaan khatam hojati hai aur maine dekha hai handbrake ki light blink krna shuru hojati hai jab ye problem ati aur agar wo chali jaye only handbreak ki light baaki saari lights to nahi jaati(etc CEL,STEERING , TRACTION but gari chalna shuru hojati hai
Ab mechanic keh raha hai ke wiring check krni hogi ya ECU replace krna pare ga
Ab ye nahi pata chal raha ke actual problem kidhr hai @Xulfiqar

Ask your mechanic to use his brains, and to follow the diag flow chart of the code.

It involves checking the signals from the app sensor to ecu and if any noise exists, and do not install scrapyard parts.

Wiring was checked,no corrision,unki desi zuban me sahi current araha hai lol.
He did chcekced the pedal with multi meter including wiring.
Unfortunately brand new parts are not available.
2 throttle pedal and throttle body were changed(from scrapyard)

What are you checking with a multimeter?

What if it has noise in the sweep? I dont think you have a lab spec multimeter that can react that quick.

Btw, new parts are available, they are sold from Honda showroom parts counter.

Btw this fault can be something else entirely, has your mechanic done voltage drop tests with system connected? Any random stray noise on signals lines?

Dk what that idiot mechanic is doing.
Will take it to another 3s honda dealership on monday
Regarding brand new parts i went to the dealership and asked for the parts
The answer was''Sir ye cheezein kharab nai hoti isliye hamare pass nahi hain''
And according to him multimeter se wo dekh raha tha current araha hai wiring me se sahi ya nahi
Ik not a proper way to diagnose but ''Pakistan'' what can we do except throwing unnecassary used parts to diagnose the vehicle.

Parts counter being allama is typical

Ask them to price out the unit, and which whse its in

Do Bad MAF can cause knock at certain rpm on some moderate engine load as I’m experiencing knock between 2000 to 2500 only above than that car tuns perfectly fine.

As per the recommendation of PW members I switched from 10w30 to 5w30 engine oil. Car is Honday city 2012 model 150K meter reading. This was my first oil change so after the discussion with PW members I used 5w30 previous owner was using 10w30. Now after running 2500KM engine oil level is just below the upper limit or upper dot. I mean just slightly below the upper mark. Is this normal or the car is reducing oil? Need opinions from experts members. Below picture is for the reference.
