Your starter motor (self) is bad or has a rusty solenoid plunger or the wiring is bad.
Ask the dealership to do a voltage drop test on it.
You can do it too, its done with a basic DMM set on DCV, one probe on each end of same polarity
Meaning positive to battery positive and negative to starter positive heavy lug.
Similarly do negative test from starter casing to battery negative.
Anything over 1V means you have a bad circuit.
For starter trigger you need to test with a 55w headlamp bulb to see it it glows super bright.
If all three pass, you have a starter mechanical issue which needs to be repaired or replaced.
