Brake booster can cause pedal becoming super hard

this do happen. pedal becomes rock solid and on pressing car behaves as if it is slipping violently towrds right..

as per him, yes, there was air. front were bled by taking off the wheels, however, the rear were done by him by going under the car.

Then you have leakage in your system, trace the leakage of air, don't throw parts at it. Ask the mechanic to thoroughly check for leakage

Could be a leaking pipe, could be master or slave cylinder, could be the booster, its a miner leak, so you need someone who knows what they are doing. To check it properly

please tell me specifically esp. in desi language what to discuss with mechanic? the vacuum leak you are talking about? everything in this car is perfect Alhamdulillah but this braking thing is too disturbing..

Us ko kahain, kahi say hawa leak ho rahi hai. Pehlay saray brake pipe check karain, phir master cylinder aur slave cylinder ko bareeka say dekhain, if both these check out, then its either abs unit or brake booster

Scotty Kilmer says pour some like 1L or slightly more Lacquer thinner in the fuel tank and it will help cleaning the cat. Convertor.

Eric the Car guys tested it in his car and didn’t feel any difference. Additionally he got P1400 code which is related to fuel tank pressure.

Your view about using thinner into fuel tank to aiming cat. Convertor cleaning ?

@xulfiqar need your guidance with an issue. sharing the video (unable to attach the video-let me know how to upload it) of Kia stonic 27k driven no wiring alteration.

its push start version however it doesn't start and stops when its required to crank the engine with starter motor. It starts after 5-6 attempts

I took it to Kia dealership and they checked and showed with check meter setting cranking power to 550 (as mentioned on the battery) and it showed that battery health is 48% and needs to be repalced. I replaced the battery after verifying that it was new and similar battery with good batttery health at 98%. issue persists. i need to try multiple times by pushing the start button and after some attempts it starts.

now i am suspecting starter/ignition relay. need your guidance with how to trouble shoot and fix this. battery has been replaced and i doubt that starter motor is gone at only 27k km milage and2022 model car.

no it just ticks like starter motor wanted to work but couldnt and than doesnt crank and usually takes 4-5 attempts after battery change. before battery change it would take like 10 retries :(.

Your starter motor (self) is bad or has a rusty solenoid plunger or the wiring is bad.

Ask the dealership to do a voltage drop test on it.

You can do it too, its done with a basic DMM set on DCV, one probe on each end of same polarity

Meaning positive to battery positive and negative to starter positive heavy lug.

Similarly do negative test from starter casing to battery negative.

Anything over 1V means you have a bad circuit.

For starter trigger you need to test with a 55w headlamp bulb to see it it glows super bright.

If all three pass, you have a starter mechanical issue which needs to be repaired or replaced.

@Xulfiqar Assalamualikum bhai. I am facing an issue with my honda civic 2000. It has a d16 vtec engine. When i get the car refueled it starts feeling sluggish and the when i hit the race pedal it feels as if it is stuck. But when i get the car fueled up while the engine is running and the car is start. It does not do any such issue.

thinner doesn't mix with petrol, if you want proof, you can pour both in a clear bottle/container and have a look at it yourself, it will also mess up the fuel pump and injectors because it doesn't have any lubrication and it can cause rubber hoses, seals and rings in the system to rot, because it damages rubber parts, so seals in the injectors, and fuel pump will have a significantly decreased life.

Well the vehicle doesn’t has to be solely run on thinner. Scotty said just add 1L Thinner in the whole fuel tank. Lets say 1:50 ratio.

And purpose to add this 1L thinner in the tank was, that it helps cleaning the catalytic converter.

Lets say its more or less same like adding Fuel Injector Cleaner in the fuel tank aiming to clean the injection system.
