Askari Visa Debit Card International Functionality?

Am travelling to USA in Jul.
Can anyone please tell whether Askari Visa Debit card is functional there or not?
Which bank's debit / credit cards are most reliable in terms of working.
Union pay from Askari and HBL is giving problems

It doesn't function properly. I had experienced it.

Bank Alfalah credit card functions but oversees transactions have to be turned on

Askari Card is the worst. Pakistan m sahi nai chalta USA m kahan se chale ga.
HBL platinum or Standard Chartered are safe bets

Call Askari Bank Helpline to open your International transactions 3 or 4 days before leaving and yes it will work there, get rid of Union Pay and apply for MasterCard then go with it.

I have meezan platinum debit card and it worked fine in UAE, Saudia Arabia and UK. Should work fine in US as well.

no matter which Bank in Pakistan issues the credit card / debit card if it has a MASTER CARD / VISA logo, it will work across the world. Make sure to request your bank to activate international transactions ON-GO, prior to your departure. You shall have your working valid phone active over roaming with you, under certain conditions bank place a phone call to verify if the transaction is conducted by card holder.
