AT vs Prosmatec

I am planning to buy a city with auto tranny...however, there are mixed reviews about AT and Prosmatec. Some say Prosmatec is just rebranded AT while other say that Prosmatec is different tech than the older AT that came from 2009 till 2011.

Can anyone confirm this? I have driven the AT and it was very sluggish and the car did not exceed over 100 kms....I currently own Swift DLX manual so you guys can understand my frustration with this acceleration....

The only city that might give you acceleration even close to that of the swift would be a manual. Prosmatic is economical but nil performance

performance is not an issue. I just need to know if Prosmatec is any better than AT or its the same thing just rebranded.

well prosmatic and automatic are both 4 speed or 5. city has high fuel consumption whether its pros or AT. better to go for civic pros aka reborn if performance is required. city doesnt do more than 11 12 kmpl/ liter while reborn gives 9 10kmpl.
