Warranty Certificate & Two Free Service Cards


On top of user manual of AHl motorcyles it is also written
"Dealer se yeh do cards zaroor talab karein"
And more important it is duty of dealer to give you these cards
& share warranty details terms & conditions also

Some days back i was @ Honda antenna shop for oil change
There Ustaad asked, has dealer given you warranty card & free service cards
I said no, He said it is there duty to give these cards to customer
but almost none of dealer give these cards
and many people don't even know about these cards nor they demand from dealer
And he said company strictly prohibits us not to claim warranty without warranty certificate
& motorcycle maintenance record paper which is included in user manual of bike

Now i knew about these cards i had demand these cards from dealer for deluxe
but at that time unse kaha sir koi kaam ke nahein jab maslaa ho
come to us. But this time now i am more serious towards bikes
i demanded cards & than he gave these two cards after 3 or 4 days
although i have purchased pridor from different dealer
but he was speaking same language also sir koi kaam ke nahein cards
Koi Maslaa Ho come to us i said to him Honda Ustaad ne kaha hai yeh dealer se lo
Toh usne kaha chorho woh saala pagal hai
Baaqi if you really want, Yes I will give you No Problem

Now my point here is this if there is no problem in giving these cards
than why the hell they are not giving these cards to customers
and why they are shying to give these cards
He took 3 to 4 days to give, bahaane bana ki

Below There Are Some Question For Guys
I want to know what is situation in other areas
So Kindly please give answer of these questions
or share your experience here on this thread

They can fill those cards and claim stuff from company and then share this money with each other! Thats what is happening! Haram khor log!~ Allah taala hamaray mulk par reham farmae!? Pata nahi yeh log kis rah nikal paray hen!??

Even though these card are worth hardly 300 rupees (2 times tuning), but still one shouldn't let these H***** people cheat one and get those cards

Yes tuning cards are worth the same amount of money these guys charge for tuning, so 2 tunings = 300-400Rs
But against warranty claim, they can get free ring pistons, connecting rods, gear box items after mil milap with the warranty claim centre guys and can divide money...

So on avg, with each bike sale they get a ticket for atleast 1000-2000Rs extra corruption money!

SIr a very important topic aap nay chaer dia..

I did receive my warranty card along with 2 free service cards..They were stapled in my book..One thing i forgot was to get the dealership stam on maintainence chart,,i did asked my dealer he said Koi baa nai next time ain *** to stamp kar doon ga..Bas oil apna 1000 Km min chage kartay rahain..

I did use my first free service card..My first tuning was absolutely free..AN i have my second free service card along with warranty certificate..Your dealer is the culprit..
My anteena dealership is excellent

No..Infact my dealer explained me about all the warranty claim and free service procedure.

Nopz..I had no idea..It is my first bike

Did Dealer Tell You About These cards ? Or
Did He Brief About Warranty Details Terms & Condition, Claim procedure
Yes he told me about these cards..Briefed me about warranty details and claim procedure..And he specifically insisted to use Genuine Honda Oil otherwise no engine claim shall be processed.

what is benefit to dealers as they don't give cards
he said they save about only 90 rupees of card
i am not sure weather dealers can claim spare parts with these cards
Bro but in one case it is possible to claim parts when honda antenna mechanic
& dealer both are companion than i guess they can do corruption
and in our country it is very much possible
Bro if every 5S dealer or 3S dealer has its own mechanic
and if that mechanic has power to claim spare parts
than i guess bro you are correct
they must be claiming spare parts & earning healthy
money by selling them in market

yeah correct bro we should not allow ******** to cheat us
when they are taking full money of bike
it is their duty to give cards
it does not matter what is their worth
but warranty certificate is the most important card

so your card was stapled with card and i guess
in all bikes these cards must be stapled in manual
but i think they dealers are removing them from manual
AHl is giving separate cards for every bike
and some part of it is company filled by AHl
such as engine chassis number

I still have warranty cards of my 00-02-05-07 CG with me. I have purchased CGs from Honda Shah Autos and from CSD shops and they have given me service/warranty cards along with manual, side mirrors and tool kit.

In Quetta there is no such issue with AHL 5S Dealers as you have mentioned but am not sure about others like DYL, Suzuki, Ravi etc etc.

The service cards which AHL is giving you along with zero meter bikes on 1 serice card company is paying Rs. 90/= to service dealer i don't think so that they not giving these cards to users just for few bucks and as far as the certificate of warranty claim is concerned so if any part of your bike gets damage e.g fuel tank, broken side cover, carb, speedometer, rims, tyres etc etc then you have to fill that certificate and you have to return this certificate with the damaged part of the bike.

Yes, i received both tuning cards and warranty certificate from the dealers for both my bikes. And dealers briefly guided about their importance and procedure of claiming...

they told me to come only to their showroom for warranty claim

mera bhi yai khyal tha ka claim tab hi honi chaia jab faulty item return ho jaya..

There is no doubt Atlas Honda has very good & best sale & after sale network
but many dealers are betraying & cheating people & cheating AHl also
AHl is not prohibiting them from giving these cards
Situation in many cities seems very bad specially i will say Sindh
As i belong to Sindh it is because many people don't know about these cards
& dealers are not educating people

i also got these two cards and warranty certificate. mera khayal hai dealer per depend karta hai so far lahore mein 2 dealers se hi wasta para hai and both were pretty good.
