^^ Oh you mean to say without glasses movie will not make sense...?
I think there are special chunks in the movie where the wear glasses icon blinks in the corner to let the viewers enjoy the most using the glasses, rest of the movie can be viewed with or without glasses... am I wrong?

I don't know what you're talking about. Last time I watched Saw 3D and I didn't notice any such icon, you have to wear glasses all the time and not all scenes are 3D though or they are less effective. 3D effects vary from movie to movie, I heard resident evil had the best effects even better than avatar. Saw 3D had the worst 3D effects.

I watched Resident evil 3d..& I was unable to watch that movie without glasses..dont know about other movies

Today I watched movie at Atrium Cinema. It was The Chronicles of Narnia, cinema was really good, ticket was 500 plus glasses for 150. Pop corns large pack for 150 :S. 3D experience was really good though the movie itself was boring. Screen was bigger than that in Ibn-e-Batuta, so it was better.

Yes, I have heard that too, this continuous 3D exposure effects people vulnerable to migraine type problems. But I think if you dont use 3D glasses then this can be mitigated, or is that wrong?

they say in the beginning that most of the movie is 3d so you never know when you will experience 3d part so its better to wear them at all times

You can't watch a 3D movie unless you have a 3D compatible 120 hz LCD monitor or TV, and a player. I think not all graphics cards support 3D, not sure.

I'm Planning to visit with my siblings ... What you recommend seating arrangement would be good to watch movie to the fullest ... As i have heard front rows are not give you pure pleasure of 3D as the last row ... I aways get tickets for last row to watch movie with my friends (H) .. This is first time going with siblings too .. :)

yesterday watched avatar special edition in 3d ... it was mind blowing experience ...the equipment is very good ..(Y) as well as the ambiance itself...

yes that's right from the front row u will experience 3d crosstalk which will ruin the effects ....get as far as possible and in middle also ...

one thing that i didn't like is popcorns are for 150 ..:mad:

Well, if we don't encourage this cinema culture, then for sure we will not get new releases, and cinema houses will show old movies again and again.
I myself think that cinema experience is far far better than home theater, atleast for once in a week or once in a month (if we get good releases)...
And yeah I'm never going to see Tees Maar Khan type flicks in the cinema

I personally don't like to watch hollywood movies in cinema, they're much better to watch at home. Bollywood movies on the other hand can be most enjoyed in cinema. I think last bollywood movie I watched in cinema was Goal Maal 3.

Take seats far from screen, like I took seats on the row C 18 19.
