If you can provide the real lot no or auction date then might be possible.

Brother this is tender auction car and they dont put grade on sheet and for this sheet they dont put grade on their server as well.

a totalled *** grade car will cost less than half of a clean 4 grade car to buy from auction. have a look at sales statistics in icm

obviously, no importer will give you a " genuine " 4 grade car on the price of a totalled one. its about whats being sold, not honesty. we have this thread and these gentlemen to do the honesty check for you

I agree with your comments, every car has its market value according to condition/grade. It is disturbing that one is claiming more than the market value, just because he is honest and selling genuine car. Its like selling honesty as well.
