Audi A3 Base Model OR Civic X?

To start with I know its stupid to even compare Audi with Honda, but am curious and Would like to know the following :-
1) Is 1.2L really underpowered as compared to Civic's 1.5 Turbo?
2) Average mileage of Civic X is 8-10KM/L, would like to know mileage of A3 1.2L
3) Maintainence cost of A3
4) Other option in 4 to 4.5 Million budget
5) And ofcourse which one to Choose, A3 or Civic X

Your like trying to compare a gadha (civic) with horse (audi)....

Audi has class, better performance, better quality and stuff... Civic is like budget type cars
