Audi A4 ground clearance vs Pakistani Roads

I'm looking to buy an AUDI A4 2016 and I have a major concern regarding the ground clearance of the car. Is the clearance enough for Pakistani roads? I mostly travel with 2-5 people in the car. (friends and family). Can someone who's owned an audi A4 2016-20 give their two cents on the cars practicality on Pakistani roads?

does the vehicle have any maintenance history available, It is already a 5 year old car, the brand is Orphan in Pakistan. Maintenance support shop is not an Audi Shop. They get support from AUDI GCC in UAE.

FYI the empty A4 2016 lowest point is only 5.4 inches high from ground.
