Audi A5 1.4

I am thinking of purchasing 2019 audi a5. While the car looks absolutely stunning, the only worrying aspect for me is the engine size. The only engine available is 1.4 litres turbo charged producing 150 horse power with 250 torque. While i understand that it is a german car and has a turbo charged engine, it still concerns me that the car might be underpowered. Any audi a5 owner here who can ease my concern? Or others who know more about german engines?

Don't know about a a5, but if it feels underpowered, why don't you consider a 2015 crown athlete?

Don't consider modern 1.4 litter engine under powered in 2019.
Civic is being offered with only one engine in china which having 1L engine.
Every manufacturer is opting smaller displacement with turbo charging to save weight.

Go ahead with Audit A5 you will love it.

Because they do not have a test vehicle available, which is quite strange.

its not under powered
slightly slower then a turbo civic and quicker then 1.8 civics and grandes

It is faster than civic turbo, do not go for calculated figures of hp etc. I hope you would've try both a5 and civic. Infact i found a3 1.2 more responsive tha civic turbo. In addition to acceleration, road grip, no cabin noise etc etc make it far far better by all aspects
