Audi etron parts

I have ordered motor for audi etron sports back from audi pakistan and they have given time of 10 weeks for delivery and after installation phase will start. I want to know is this time ok as 10 weeks seems too much? Is there anyway the delivery can be reduce?

How did the original motor fail? Doesn't audi offer warranty for it? If so they are obliged to fullfil it you can seek legal advice provided lcs are open
