I was wondering if someone here could help me .
I have a pioneer dex p99rs which is not reading my usb . It keeps on giving me error 19 msg on display.
I took out the deck and directly plugged it in to the deck the usb and it still would not read it . The store guy said to give him the p99rs and he will repair it .
My question to you is should I trust him with it or should reset the deck ? Is there any other way to repair it .
Maybe Dr shaggy If you are reading this you could offer some suggestion.
