Auto choke and RPM increase when AC is turned on not working on My mini Pajero

Dear Collagues,
I have mini Pajero model 95. It is with original 660cc engine non turbo. The problem is that:
Its auto choke is not working. More over when AC is turned on the RPM decreases rather than increasing. So while in idle position with AC on the car shivers. The AC people suggest me to scan with a computer and get the things adjusted. Some people suggested me to redo all the wiring.
Please guide me if any one has relavent experience.

I actually don't know. Because my wife uses this car mostly. If you know some thing please share for both cases i.e. engine wash/ random day

it may not be a wiring issue if no one has touched the wiring. but it is a good idea to check the "auto choke" wiring continuity, resistance and voltage. old cars usually develop wiring problems and new wires resolve the issue.

the next thing to do is to clean up the choke and throttle body. and adjust throttle position sensor (TPS) if it has one.

when hot engine is washed with pressure gun some of the electrical connectors tend to lose and start to burn slowly (black burning spots at connecting points) - however that need to be inspected closely. Random day means was it all of a sudden without any work done under the hood in past few days.

capsat - its a pretty well planned circle if you notice.car wash destroys car, mechanics fix car so that car wash can destroy it again.

ISC valve is not working we expected. You need to take it out, check it, get a replacement. Also check if the controlling ICs are not burned. If that's the case, you will need to get ECU repaired or replaced as well.
