Auto Gear shifting issue in khyber after swap

AOA Everyone, I have swapped Passo's engine in khyber with automatic ATF gear box. The engine is in good condition, the engine is fitted correctly, there is no vibration while the car is running. But there is an issue during shifting in 3rd or 4th gear. the car takes too much race to change the gear and then jerks jolts. During normally riding the car suddenly downshifts and upshifts again with a jerk. The swap was completed yesterday. Need opinions of experts regarding this issue and how to fix this issue? I wanted to ask will the transmission ecu adjust itself after some time or I need to get it checked?

1KR-FE Coupled to Auto Transmission from Passo, swapped into Khyber.
Perhaps the wiring to ECU is malfunctioning. Please verify engine wiring with ECU.

Bad wiring. Ecu might be missing some inputs.

You are facing some weird load inputs, check to see if the shift is commanded and taking long or the shift is commanded and then retracted?

Is your maf sensor placed too close to throttle? Is engine at normal temperature?

Facing both at various speeds, the condition has become much worse, the car is not changing gear from 2nd to 3rd and when in 2nd gear at high rpms despite pressing accelator the car does not increase speed and demands for a gear increase.

Yaar I don't know about the maf sensor but I will send you a picture of the engine bay tomorrow, I went to electrician 2 days ago, I told him to check the car with a scanner, after connecting the scanner he said the port isn't on from behind.

Yep, I suspect the same brother, A guy who also did swap from the same guy whom I did told me that these guys that " Yeh log pora ecu on nahi karty, mujhe bhi dobara wiring karwani pari hai, yeh sirf gari start karky dety hain" This dude also installed 1kr-fe but with manual gearbox.

Never start such a project if you are going to 100% blindly rely on shops.

Take it back to the shop where you swapped it.
It should be their headache to rectify.

If you are in Karachi then search for Usama Automobiles. Ther themselves in swapping since long and also famous for "solving & troubleshooting swap work by others"
