Auto Retraction of Powered Mirrors When Ignition is Turned OFF

Friends,
I got a call from an electrician who works in Honda 3S dealership and he asked me how to setup a configuration so that when the ignition is turned off, the mirrors should retract automatically. I told him the configuration on phone but because he couldn't understand what I want explaining. He requested me make a circuit diagram on paper and whatsapp him.
Since I have done that so I thought, let me share with you guys as well

any question is welcomed and will be entertained regarding this.

This will cause excessive wear to the motor I think it will be more practical to do it with remote lock/unlock and would look cool too

So it is when you lock the car with remote, then wing mirrors retract in Oriel?

In Grande wing mirrors retract when you switch off ignition and open when you unlock the car. Plus you have manual setting also, you can disable auto retraction.

that's really nice of Toyota Indus to offer this feature.
as I have shared the diagram, it would have taken Honda just 100 rupees to add this feature.
