The filter is made of steel wash it clean it and use it again. gasket, not sure you can get it so use silicon. ABi tak oil change nahi karwaya ap ney
You can try find any person who is making manual gasket, if there is anyone in KArachi.

nahi is k filter me asi koi khas chez nahi hai jis me ap ko lage k kuch bethar ho jae ga. steel ka hota hai achey sey saaf kar k wapis laga do. new ata nahi hai, tou koi kabli le kar lagao ge, means used filter is sey acha hai jo laga hua hai us me us ko he use karo
