My hunch is they broke the shifter cover while trying to put it in Neutral to move the car without starting....open it n verify..

Yes I checked the link it shows a list of parts now which have to be seen?? In the transaxle there are different sections each section lists parts

Today I disconnected -ive terminal of battery to reset ECU (also wanted to remove +ive one but was tightly fitted) then reconnected the -ive terminal back and turn the ignition switch ON without starting the car and again scanned using Torque Pro and same code appeared again i.e. P0773.

Under power mode...ect shifts at approx 4.5 -5 k rpm if pushed...

Normal mode ect shifts under 3k at all times

Then how under powered? isnt it gives more power in one gear and then another? ISnt better than Overdrive mode?

In Toyota U341E transmission the battery disconnection time to reset codes is 1 minute at least. And if your gear lever was somehow opened by ustaads than probably some wiring was messed up during this process which should be an easy fix.

I meant...if u choose the POWER mode on ECT then happens like that....noway it feels underpowered, rather feel like accelerating like a manual tranmission

Yes Sir I disconnected the terminals and then reconnected after 10 minutes but code came again just on turning ignition without starting the car

As i said, its electrical issue rather than mechanical. Find some good electrician to trace out the shorting wire or wire cut.

Ok can I take the car to Toyota DG Khan Motors as do not know any good electrician in D.G Khan.

Update!!!
Today I bought the car to Toyota Dealership in D.G Khan. First I explained them all issue and showed them the Fault Code , there Electrician said that its ECM is changed so I take a snap of its ECM and searched it on Google and found its Original then he said cover is original but inside there is some alteration then he took me to the office and looked into the manuals but there was no manual for my particular Transaxle so he consult manual for U241E and said me that he will look it in the morning on Tomorrow. So when I was about to leave they came again and said they will charge Rs.5000 for checkup plus they do not have any of the three parts available like wire harness, Shift Solenoid or ECM. So it was a big disappointment for me to visit them and I am not sure whether they can do any correct diagnosis as they dont even understand about TCC. So should I leave this fault and just drive the car or any other suggestion pls??? @babarhyd @capsat @capsat @xenerking @Xulfiqar @syncview

Are u sure it has same engine which came from factory or is it changed? ECM can't be changed just like that. Plus the diagnosis fee is without resolution is waste of time.
