Hearing of FTO completed today. FBR was unable to translate law to the satisfaction of FTO who ruled in favor of the complainants.

The order sheet will be posted in this topic as soon as it is made available to us officially. FTO directed exchequer department to refund the excess 4.5% tax to complainants and issue directions to PSMCL to ensure implementation of the current law on all consumers. Both the complainants present including myself and the Second Secretary FBR signed the order sheet as read.

what i read & understand so far it is about 17% sales tax which is also reduced to 12.5% in new policy and abolition of 4.5% FED.

as posted by @abdulmajidqureshi sb court has provided ruling for refund of 4.5% FED, is that correct for common understanding. Sir is there another ruling for refund of sales tax or the case has been closed ?

now we are awaiting favorable judgements from consumer court and FTO very soon.

above quote is from post 115. you have already assumed " FAVORABLE JUDGEMENT " in response to the letter in post 113 - for " disposal as per law ". both carry different meaning & assumptive result.

For some people the crow is white, so I'll just let them be, no point in arguing or proving anyone fair.

There is a procedural delay at FTO so order sheet is pending but I can see PSMCL legal advisors are worried.

Naturally no one wants to go over the ordeal of complaining without a "Favorable Outcome". I will exercise my legal right and welcome all those who join in. Pak Suzuki's ethical practices are a different chapter altogether which are evident from its treatment of customers and which I don't want to comment on any further.

relax please no one is in any hurry to expedite or go out of way to obtain and share the copy of result. Take your time, if something positive about refunds happen, it will be like setting an example for reference with court(s) in future.

hi, i booked alto ags on 14 june. got pbo on 18 june. car dlvrd on 22 july wthout salex tax relaxation.

moved a complaint against sh*tzuki to the relevant forum nd the case was settled in ma favor.

got ma refund of 111500 rs 5 days ago.

This fake post as it is edited and there no sense that he lodged the complaint on 7-8-2021 and car was delivered to him 22-07-2021.

These are excess payments payoders which are being dispatched to customers by Suzuki for orders for month of July. Normally these are differences with impact of FED. And being receievd by almost all customers who's vehicles were invoiced in July.

sir i posted the complaint based on the information i received from the dealer "olympia motors" lahore nd if some1 wants the copy of decision, pm me your whatsapp num or email id. this thing was circulating in the whatsapp group of official dealers from 5july that sh*tzuki ll not pass the relief on ST to customers.

and yes i posted the complaint after confirming from the dealer and company about the sales tax and cars that were booked before 1st of july. is there any harm is submitting the complaint before getting the car?

@abdulmajidqureshi i prayed in my final submission that i made full payment of the car in advance and apart from a booking number i had nothing in my hand. i took possession of car when the new auto policy was enforced. and my invoice was generated in the newly enforced tax-regime. even the sales tax was submitted by s*itzuki on 14jly

@salmanarfie the amount 111500 does it sum up for 17% sales tax value of vehicle or 4% FED. If you share the invoice value at delivery date it will be easy to do the maths and neutralize the debate. Thank you sir
