Autophile: Grande Facelift

The infotainment works ok but it gets mad when you install any other app on it or login to Google Play.

Well if I had to change or upgrade infotainment in a Corolla, I would not again go for any nameless Chinese equipment, but get a branded one for instance Pioneer which is working very nice in a friend's Grande for about two and half years and the sound quality, UI build quality is excellent. Price range is about 45K of Pioneer infotainment unit and the catch is that you can hook audiophile sound system with it.

This is not android based, but it has Android Auto and Apple Car Play in it.

They are working perfectly and look ok, but if you watch them closely the pull handle is slightly out from the fixed part. I did not notice it but my son insisted I raise this matter with 3S. They tried to align it but the manager get new ones under warranty as this issue came in few units not all.

The facelift handles have a rubber liner under them and the manager said it was added because prefacelift handles were not smooth in some units.

Driver side is OK but rest three do not align if observed very closely.

It would've been a nightmare if it was Atlas attending the warranty claim. However, the handle issue is barely noticeable but I guess Toyota is upto quality consciousness this time. They want to deliver perfection to end consumers ...

Yea....i have been through this agony. Continuous folow up of 2 months i got my 04 corroded and pitted chrome door handle replaced. All that happened due to thorough checking at the time of delivery which was made witnessed by the Honda dealer ship staff so that they cannot escape with rejection

@autophile; please give your detailed review on bibeam LED head lights and its effectiveness.
Are these better than those separate hi lo head light units in 1.6 altis where we can add HID in hi beam?
Is autoleveling feature is also adjustable for cut off point?

The headlamps are awesome. The best I have ever used. Auto level is amazing and cut off is excellent and would not pierce through the eyes of on coming motorists and pedestrian.

In prefacelift Grande headlamps were not up to mark and I replace bulbs with Osram Night breakers.
