Just clocked 42,000 kms today. Alhamdolillah. Masha Allah.
That mileage is nothing for a well-maintained Toyota.
(I just passed 171,000 km (about 106,000 miles) on my FJ and it still runs like a top.)
Just a random shot.
Put this K&N air filter in my ride in September and driven around 1,000 kms. There is noticeable increase and power and acceleration and fuel economy.
Source please
Im also looking for the source for K&N air filter for my Corolla 2008
I bought from Parts Central. They are on Facebook.
Collinite 845 is tested and tried by me and definitely last more than 6 months.
so it is a recommended product in a Grande? Better fuel average? Better acceleration?
By all means.
Can you please provide the link or source? Where did you buy the filter from??
@autophile I'm thinking about moving from the stock Advan a460 tyres to either Advan DB 552 or Continental UC6. Have you stuck to stock for you or did you upgrade. I'm at 26k ODO btw and the ride feels noisy and some people said the steering becomes softer after upgrading to either of the 2 above.
I have not changed stock tyres yet. I don't mind noise. Steering is still soft and odo 45k kms, completing three years in first week of December.
I recommend you to switch to ur choice preferably uc6 but mind it to stick with stock size 205/55 otherwise u will regret on any decision of 215/55 or 205/60.Or get import michilin cross climate plus from Dubai if u can.
The stock Toyota air filters are better in a dusty environment such as Pakistan IMO.
I drove a civic around the parking lot yesterday and its steering was SO DAMN soft wayyy beyond my Grande. Asked about it in a whatsapp group and they said Civis uses dual pinion rack or something.
What tires pressure you keep?
One turn lock too, corolla locks on two turns
Not sure what that is. Can you elaborate a bit?
I think 34 is recommended on the door side? I keep the same.
