I don't know if any if u guys know this but there is an ongoing payment issue between banks and imc.. Before banks used to pay the car price minus sales tax now Imc has suddenly changed its policy and banks have to pay full 100 percent car price at the time of booking.. Due to this issue I am not able to book altis 1.6 for 2 weeks now.. And there is no sign of when the issue will be resolved. Meanwhile I was getting November delivery from Toyota airport cause of this issue that opportunity has sailed past

I have learnt Pak Suzuki already sorted out this issue with banks. The banks would now be required to pay 100% GST to Pak Suzuki while purchasing cars (as opposed to 80% GST in past), of which 20% would subsequently be refunded by Pak Suzuki to banks after due verification of payment of 20% GST by banks on behalf of Pak Suzuki.

Installed fog lights outside dealership and even claimed the infotainment unit under warranty as well, so I don't think it voids warranty...

P.S: installing fog lights didn't malfunction the infotainment unit

Electrical warranty will be voided,
drivetrain warranty will not be voided.

warrenty is only void when any wire is cut or alter in fog lamps nothing is cut or alter just the wire jack is fitted in ports

To make connection with parking lights, a wire will be spliced. In return, you'll get a void warranty for electrical components. In face all type of electrical modifications will void warranty which includes HID, bulb change etc.
In the end, if you won't do anything they still won't give you a claim for electrical because water damage isn't included

Its called Valet Key, not Wallet Key.

Valet key is given to Valet service at restaurants and hotels, so they can drive the car but opening the glove box is not possible.

There is no lock on glove box. True it is for Valet parking and when you lock trunk with this key, trunk does not open from inside provided lever. It was in my 9th Gen Corolla also.

The term wallet key evolved locally after people like me who sometime lock their keys inside the cabin or trunk can take out the flat steel key stored in their wallets and be back in the game.

In the upgraded corolla May 2016 onwards there is no manual unlocking feature for the boot lid. It can be unlocked remotely by either the Radio access key or mechanically by the lever on the floor ar driver's side.

The key on the RIGHT is original remote key, Toyota gives 2 remote keys with Corolla. The left one is aftermarket jackknife casing and valet key is simple without lock/unlock buttons

masroor bhai can you plz shed some light over regular car wash at home.... did you use some shampoo or surf and which one you use regularly ? and did u use car polish or is it called car wax and which one u used and did u use it weekly or monthly basis ? and how you took care of ur tyres and how often ?

I never used surf. Washed the car always with Meguiars and Chemical Guys shampoos.

Never did dry dusting. Used a waterless wash spray and microfiber towels.

No polish, just wax. I applied Collinite 476s after three months.

really grateful for the information bro.... and i just noticed your curiosity about corolla facelift over some threads so i checked it from an inside source in IMC and the news is........ facelift coming in june or july 2017 most likely... minor changes in front and back lights... and addition of minor features like push start, rear AC vents.... this is the latest update..
