They won't issue or book any number without car's invoice and Form-F which is issued by ETO.

No problem and thanks again. I am waiting for JE series to begin. Hopefully it would take 4 5 months.

J series were issued in 2005.

It looks smallish in pic. It is not ordinary tricircle locl, but special brass material and harded material. I bought from Metro when it started in Islamabad.

Today I got my desired number in EC series at no charge The number was saved in ETO database in my name and I was asked to come after three days to complete the registration process.

Today I went through all the khawari in about 1.5 hour. Wasted so much time in queues in wrong windows.

I have even put on the new number plates, ditto like the new official metal plates from https://www.facebook.com/stickerloversc?fref=ts .

Many thanks @speedster_101 for guiding me to this place. Nice quality work and very reasonable rates. I also got plates for our Mehran from him.

I think today I was the only one roaming with EC series plates

Today early morning I cleaned my car with waterless rinse solution and a Meguiar's microfiber towel. The car had not been cleaned since Saturday's detailing by @dynamicallystatic.

There was a thin film of dust. I sprayed the solution and wiped it with the mf towel and it took just less than 20 minutes to do the full car. Very convenient method to clean a car without wasting the precious water and water washes take very long time and effort.

It's a charm to clean car now and I will washing it with water and Chemical Guys shampoo rarely or in case it gets dirty in rain.

384 rupees per year and lot of taxes. The token is same as of 1.3 Honda City Last year it was around 3300-3400. Don't know what they will charge this year because last year they increased the taxes after two weeks. Those who paid old rates last year will have to pay the arrears as well.
