Thanks Kamran bhai. Rain keeps spoiling the exterior. The interior was dressed with Meguiar's Quick Interior Detailer and Meg Protecant some two months ago and seldom gets wiped by a micro-fiber, but still looking great.

There is water beading on exterior. It has not been waxed again since the first detailing session on May 1. Just washed with Chemical Guys wash and gloss and mostly cleaned with waterless wash. A couple of weeks ago used Meguiar's Ultimate Quick Detailer.

Went for a drive with 6 person on board for about 50km ( 4 on back and 2 on front ) on altis 1.6. Believe me car respond so well, never a sec delay. Acceleation was so good with 6 person in the car. Never feel that car is struggling for speed. Some times i need to watch my speed not to exceed above 100/hr as drive was so smooth. Car feels very soft on bumps and pitholes even with stock eruo star tyres.

Worth of spending extra 125k. To be honest Altis 1.6 has a very joyful drive.

Any plans of changing eurostars.. I don't know but am not comfortable with them.. They are a bit heavy and bouncy on bumpy roads..

I had these on my 2006 Gli as well.. I installed them after upgrading my steel rims with 15 inch alloys..

Wasn't satisfied at all..

I know people argue that they last longer, up till 80,000 as well but I think General guys have put more rubber(guddi) on these tires to make them more durable, so that they can last longer on our rough roads..

Anyways would like to have your and others intake on that..

A must item and always stick it on your windshield. I checked by placing my hand no the uncovered portion and it was very very hot, while on heat on the inner side.

autophile do you know how fouadbakht installed steering controls with his existing unit in his gli as i cannot ask him due to being unwell. my new gli arrived and the installer says steering controls wont work with existing headunit as their is no input on the headunit.

I have developed a habit of putting the gear to neutral while waiting on a red signal just to rest my foot and brake pedal..
Does it hurt a transmission or it's okay?

It's okay. Balke it's good to do so to engage the parking brake and put it in neutral. Staying in D with the brake pedal depressed to prevent the car from creeping is not recommended for extended time periods.

Apart from Wagon R only one car has immobiliser and that is Civic. Even Honda has not given immobiliser in City and it's a shame on all PK assemblers who are not fitting immobilisers particularity IMC.

Yes Liana and Baleno also had one, but they are no more in production.

I also put it N and it's good for the engine because it takes away the load from it and brakes too . Make sure hand break is pulled.

Vigo doesn't have it however fortuner has immobilizer.
