Yaar sub kuch check karo, phir bhee kuch na kuch reh jata ha 
Check for dings on body or paint imperfections or variations. Take time on each panel.
Then check doors from outside and inside, foot boards, trunk, open the hood have a look, look for leakages or loose pipes etc. Check if rims paint is alright.
Check all lights, AC, power windows etc
Check if tires are ok, there should be no bubbles or deformities or cuts on them
Press and release all pedals, turn steering right left and feel for noises
Ask them to show coolant level, automatic transmission fluid level (If AT) and engine oil levels.
While the car is start check for temperature gauge. Should be in middle.
Take a can of four lit petrol and ask them to fill it in so that you can reach nearest petrol pump
Also check if steering is aligned and centered
