Dear Masroor Bhai, ODO of my altis 1.6l is 4300 Kms and the maximum average achieved is 11.8 km/l on long route of ~ 1200 kms. Is it OK? keeping in mind that i rarely crossed economy zone and reset meter after every refill.
Engine oil was replaced at same ODO (4300 KMs), dealer recommended Taglon 5w-50. Is it OK to go with this in future?
And thirdly my car is parked in dusty but i must say sandy environment of Rahim Yar Khan and swilrs are prominant at various location after 5 months of delivery. Car is cleaned by cleaner on daily basis by dry dusting. Please suggest some adequate method and product for alternate cleaning method. I have gone through this thread but still confusion persists. I get car cleaned from service station nearly once in month or due rainy condition.

Shaukat bhai, Mine Altis 1.6 has just crossed 1000 KMs mark. I topped up the tank, reset the average meter, and took the car on 185 KMs highway drive with AC ON during 95% of the distance covered. Average speed maintained was in between 80-90 Kmph mark, and I got 13.1 Kmpl average. This includes 30 minutes idling with 100% AC ON due to traffic jam, else average could have easily touched 14+ Kmpl mark. Your car has been run more than mine, so the average of 11.8 Kmpl on long route seems to be on the lower side, as mine has been run for 1000 Kms only, and is already touching 14+ Kmpl mark on long routes, Alhumdulillaah.

Dear ahmed bhai u are getting awesome average, some of my colleagues also getting same average as u. My car is mostly driven on short route of ~ 25 k and driven only once on long route to lahore, may be it is one the reason of low average. I get the car inspceted from 3S dealer with reference to low average but they said all is OK and it will increase with more miles as stated by Masroor Bhai.

Cheaper option is Astonish Spray and Shine around 200 rs, available at all leading departmental stores

I am having issues with BT connectivity.
The system connect via BT with any android cel phone.
It connects with iPhone but doesn't play sound.

The major difference is
normal white is like off white.
Super white is really white, just like Ice white of Civic.
Further to satisfy yourself, you have to personally see it. Pictures don't really give the right shade.

Delivery period for Altis 1.6 is 2 months for Karachi.
A friend of mine booked last week and they gave him end of May.

Dear car oil is to be changed by 5000km or 4 months max. You are long overdue so must rush to change it Immediately

that's a damn good figure you getting there.
I'm also thinking of considering the same oil for my upcoming 1.8 Altis coz we don't have good oil filters available which can handle some good synthetic oil for longer intervals
