Average mileage per KG of CNG (1600cc)

My 99 Exi Auto does 80km with AC and around 100-110 w/o AC.

maker's name / model: vw / beetle
engine capacity: 1.6 litre
year of manufacture: 1968
cng kit brand name: lendi renzo
cylinder capacity: 55 litre
fills in approx rs. 400~450 [08~08.5 kg / 3200 psi]
range: 160 km in town running (no a/c in vehicle)

well i have noticed that many vehicles have dead leaks in their system. after a tank full & vehicle static, pressure drops from 3000 psi to 2400 psi in 8-10 hours. one may attribute this to the gas being cooled down after compressed into the cylinder, but to me it certainly is not the case.
i suggest everyone to keep an eye on the pressure guage after the fill-up, and then 8-10 hours afterwards. true picture is only possible when you don't drive too much after filling her up! a difference of more than 200 psi definately indicates some leak in the system or your cng station is pumping '"air" alongwith the natural gas!!!

yaar i think it 12.5 is less. Through my experience. petrol's per litre avg. should also be 12.5

1 Litre petrol = 71 Rs, 71/12.5 =Rs. 5.6/Km
Difference 5.6 - 4.4 = Rs.1.2/Km

if One months Average Travel = 1500 Km
then Cost Difference = 1800 Rs
If CNG Kit installation cost is 50000
Total Cost of only CNG kit will be recovered in 2 yrs & 4 months
After that net profit will start.

avg without AC is 110km...with AC is 100km per cylinder..long route abi tk travel nai kia yr 3months pehle hi li he car

I prefer to patrol because not big deferent between CNG and Patrol as par compare Engine maintenance and Engine life and 40000 Rupees CNG Kite price. Not big deferent + Engine Life + Engine maintenance + CNG Kite price

240km on gt raod with 9.5-10kg(60L cylendar) of gas
210km in local pindi/islamabad with 9.5-10kg(60L cylendar) of gas

60L cylendar can have gas of 10kg at 200 pressure but I normally got pressure 180-190.

hello there ... i just want to make some additions into this DATA . 1st of all ... Cold engine consume more frequent petrol then CNG. i have noticed in winters every time when we start cold engine. it consumes 1 liter petrol in 2-5 minutes. the research was made when my clients asked me that they just use their car from home to office and then office to home, means very short usage of Car but fuel gauge goes down very fast .

2nd is .............. there is a difference between Kg and liter .. so we must consider the difference while establishing such DATA
