2004 Cultus: Max 176 km in Pindi/Islamabad from about 8 kg. No A/C, no hypermiling. You wouldn't believe my hypermiling average anyways (H)The car burns oil, and the compression was tested last year as 180, 110, 170 in each piston respectively.

With such compression figure difference your engine would be running quite unbalanced
That compression test wasn't done properly; a proper test was done a couple of months ago. The results were 185, 179, and 171 (cold engine, dry).
Cylinder 3 is a bit lower than the others, but its still not bad for a 325k km Suzuki hatchback.
