Avoid Hyundai Xteer It Seizedup My Corolla Engine

Dear Friends

I recently had a bad experience with hyundai xteer engine oil which i want to convey to other mates in order to save their cars.

I put hyundai xteer in my corolla 2009 one month ago and now my engine is seizedup i went to the workshop again but they are denying this fact even one of the hyundai employees disconnected my call after hearing this complaint.

DONT BE FOOL TO USE SUCH PRODUCTS!

please refer a good oil brand i was previously using havoline formula but there are no more caltex gas stations in pakistan now...

there was no leakage in the car but there was little oil left before that my car was running very smoothly

Maybe you are victim of fake oil and that too of best-fake quality...sorry for the loss..

Was it 10w40 or 5w30 ??
Are you sure your car wasnt consuming engine oil before ?? Any unusual or abnormally excessive smoke greyish white or white smoke for 20 to 25 mins on a cold start during the last 6 months ?

What viscosity were you using before this hyundai xteer ?? If you were using 20w50 ( recommended by toyota dealerships ) or 10w40 and after so many years you get less viscous and thin oil then this may happen not 100% sure but this is what I think

And yes it could be fake engine oil

I was using havoline formula 10w30 previously and same 10w30 viscosity product is used by hyundai xteer!

the Hyundai lubricant is not bad, investigate the other reasons for the engine failure., please it is not the time duration in days which affects the oil it is number of kilometers / miles engine has pulled the car.

Careem & Uber Taxi service cars need oil change every 4500 kms ( approx 21 days or less ) due to daily run. such vehicles are catering to customers in order to generate revenue

once again i strongly recommend investigate the reason of engine failure.

Hyandai makes giant complex machinary n reliable products.its unbelievable they cnt mk the right oil for cars.
May u used to use mineral n moved to fully synthetic without flush n it got scrwd up during rising cleaning phase/cycle of synthetic oil

I commute from office to home and home to office and on weekends i visit some friends nearby. i dont drive on uber or careem.

I investigated the reason prior to posting this post it happened after this bad quality engine oil.

i know what hyundai company is... but they are specialized in machinery in my view and depicted from your comment above rest i dont ever make mistake to use this engine oil.

one Hyuandai Santro is running on hyundai lubricant since 18000 kms without any problems.

some oil shop pulled boot legged lubrciant scam with you for sure

Btw my car ran 100000kms on caltex havoline without any problem and hardly ran 1000kms on this shitty hyundai oil.

May be this shitty oil is for smaller engines.

That workshop man showed original hyundai bill to me that was an original box.
