Try looking in the junkyards of NCP vehicles. I saw a video of someone in Sargodha who converted a Mehran into an EV by installing the rear axle of a 4x4 Alto and attaching an electric motor to it.
You will need that variants floorpan, its seats, its fuel tank, its brakes, its rear subframe carrier, its rear driveline parts, its front driveline parts and also its front bulkhead.
