@salik990 : this car really is quite economical...

i went all the way from kalma chowk to shaukat khanam and the range meter only moved 2kms where as the distance i covered was over 10-15kms or so. (in 300g)
Of course i drove with a very light foot, but its still quite impressive.
On normal heavy traffic city driving, it gave 8-10 avg/liter and on motorway, 10-12km/l .

14km/l for 250g is reasonable. It can achieve it on motorway. If urs is not giving the economy i told (8-10km in city traffic driving), then get it checked or maybe press the accelerator very lightly. This car is very efficient.
And the range meter is not 100% correct, it gives range based on manufacturer's calculated efficiency which is often lower to make sure customers dont have too high expectations..

and considering it has 70l capacity (i think) and taking 12km/l avg on highway, it should have max range of about 840km. This is for the 300g.

u r right the range meter on our markx r never accurate like if its showing how much kms remaining dont believe on it.....2ndly u dont finish up all 70liters as it need 5liter for reserves....so wenever the fuel tank light up its shows 0 kms remaining n after tht u filled up like 63-65liters to make it full tank.....so wat wolverine was saying tht he did 1000km+ in 70l n my point was tht if the hu(screen) shows 1000km+ on ur remaining range dont believe on it tht u can cover it

there is a huge diffrence in driving on motorway and in city one has to stop and again give the accelerator during traffic while on motorway there is a constant speed and wid AC it gives me 14.7 on motorway at 110-120km\H speed
