Please asaan lafzon main explain karein why BRV’s AC compressor is not advisable to fix in Corolla ?

I know the reasons in technical terms but they would be useless here as 90% here want clickbait and youtube material and language.

But I would like you to explain why did the design engineers not just use that “komressor” your buddy chose.

Infact your buddy could be hired at extreme high salary because this can save literal multiple millions for any car assembly line. Such a person is considered a god in this field.

Like I said earlier that its not easy to receive technical details from you.

BTW, the person who swapped this BRV’s compressor in the corolla, I called him this morning for the gup shups.

And he informed the very first experiment they did was like 5 years ago. And few days back that person visited his shop that AC is still working perfect and no complains. But he is listening screeching sound from the compressor when the AC is running. After checking, he immediately noticed that its not compressor but it’s the belt who is making screeching sound. He changed the belt (after 5 years), tight the bracket and sound disappeared and person happily goes away. The new belt cost like 1200 only. And before leaving the vehicle owner thanked to shop owner for this good jugaar which is still going well.

Ask your freind what is the total btu capacity of a corolla, then ask what is the superheat control of its txv and finally whats the compressor displacement.

It will become clear to you and him both.

Also ask him to install this same unit into a hiace with triple units and see how it runs.

And just for kicks, as you want to get into the gritty parts, if im swapping s compressor for gas leak failure in its casing, how much oil should I add to new compressor if its completely empty on removal.

If you can answer the last piece in correct explanation, ill tell you why your komressor swap is a bad idea,
