Axio 2007 transmission fluid in radiator

hello everyone. recently i have encountered a problem with Axio 2007 transmission. the gear oil leaked into the radiator forming a strawberry shake like substance. the mechanic who worked on it changed the transmission oil filter claiming that the leakage of ATF into radiator took place due to failure of it. however i am not satisfied with his explanation. old transmission oil was drained and new CVT oil was filled. radiator coolant was also flushed multiple times however the strawberry shake colored water is still visible in the radiator. the gears have become a little noisy. the noise level increase if car is moving up the slope i.e more load on the gears.
Experts are requested to please suggest what should be my course of action to resolve this problem? should i consult toyota 3s dealership?

I will suggest you to replace your radiator. It is leaking gear oil into the coolant & I have no idea if somebody is able to repair it. So its better to replace it with kabuli one.

if you have ATF in the radiator coolant, then you probably have coolant in the ATF too.

The noise you hear is the transmission clutches slipping metal on metal. The clutch plate material in an automatic delaminates when exposed to water (like engine coolant has)

You need to change the radiator immediately - the cooler is leaking inside You will need to rebuild the autobox too if its too far gone, but a good thorough ATF flushing may also work - you will need close to 20 litres of ATF to flush this out.

Dear mahsood Khan, You needs to replace Automatic transmission OIL COOLER inside the cooler have one section for transmission oil ( Have oil Inlet , Outlet ) and outside of this section water circulating for cooling a transmission oil,as transmission pump pressure is higher then water pump ( and oil cooler is damage ) so transmission oil going to water radiator, replace the oil cooler and flash water radiator, coolant and ATF as well.

Thanks a lot for your reply.
I was thinking the same but then i read your comment in another post about coolant going into the gearbox assembly rather than ATF coming to radiator for cooling in Axios. If this is the case then radiator could not be the source of ATF leakage. I am confused about the ATF cooler section's location.
Secondly can you please recomment me the best person to do this job in isb/rawalpindi?

I asked the mecchanic to do the same when the leak happened but he was adamant that there is not ATF cooler section in the radiator of Axios. Can you please suggest some good mechanic to do the job in islamabad/rawalpindi?

@Xulfiqar kindly aslo tell me how to drain the whole 20 ltr ATF completely. Will this require opening of transmission assembly?

Sorry for late Jump In. The AXIO Has k310 CVT Transmission And doesnt had Any CVTF Fluid cooler tube inside the Radiator.

If the CVTF Is mixing with the coolant you should immediately stop driving the vehicle and open up the TRANSMISSION MOUNT OIL COOLER it is installed on the side of the transmission and is in round shape and has 2 coolant lines in it.

The K310 does faces this coolant leakage problem in the oil cooler if for longer period of time the coolant is replace with plain water which causes the sulphate deposits in the oil cooler and hence results in oil leaking into the coolant.

STOP USING THE VEHICLE IMMEDIATELY AND OPEN THE COOLER UP AND REPLACE IT ASAP OR THE TRANSMISSION DAMAGE IS IMMINENT ........

I m not expert but owner of a similar car. U need a specific type of gear oil for your car. Any other oil will damage the car.
One of my friend damaged his toyota feilder this way. Plz downlowed its manual which will show u the name and grade of gear oil.
Perhaps your car was heated up due to fake mibil oil, leaked hose pipe or radiator leak, or climbing mountain.
When gasket is broken then mobil oil and water mixes up. Plz check gasket.
