I have My car Axle Boot Torn, And I don't want to go Mechanic, I Google it and Search Out this HACK;) Apply thos hack Today IA. I hope It Works.

Before Doing This Do Clean Dirt and Water from Axle then Apply Fresh grease in it.

That's a hillbilly hack for a truck worth less than the job of boot replacement. Cars here are assets, not disposable items, so it's better invest a 1000 rupees to save your CV.

You probably have no idea what kind of abuse this boot takes on daily basis, this DIY would meet its end by tomorrow.

This might do if you want to protect it from dirt for a day or two, but if u prolong, it will eventually lead to a damaged outer cv joint. Also while replacing boots, Use appropriate grade grease(GC or GC LB).

Your car your choice. I would rather get inexpensive boots replaced as compared to more expensive axles.

Can't we use proper CV boot Guards in our cars or make some DIY if proper product not available?
