For summer trip to Neelam Valley , I m in need of a map which indicates all small large towns , roads, rivers, lakes etc. I searched on net and book shops but couldn't find one. Pl help me find or if some one has, can u scan it for me.

I will check, but is this jeep track suitable for long chaisis jeeps like land cruiser

this is from a very old survey but i really like the details especially the topographic contours, if you are tech savvy you can download it on your GPS for offline use as well India and Pakistan AMS Topographic Maps - Perry-Castaeda Map Collection - UT Library Online

from some local sources I have heard that a 1.5 kms portion is still under construction on shouter pass at present its not jeepable and construction will resume in May, so I guess no body can comment if LWB are suitable for this route or not only time will tell

I am planing for a trip in 1st week of July. if its completed by then, it will be a great adventure. Irfan bhai, I will check with you prior leaving for Neelum. If its not compelted, I will return back to ISB via Nori top.

if you are referring to the topo maps then I am glad you liked them, the level of information is a bit heavy to digest at first but once you start to make references these maps are your best friends...adventure begin where road ends is a moto for some and these maps are for them
