Hi, I was checking B 17 map. (attaching links)

In both the pictures I see block A,B,C,D,E. I have visited the site Block B is livable and C is almost complete [might take few more months].
But if we have to go to block D we have to travel on road which isn't there on above given maps but we can see it google maps [https://goo.gl/maps/ZYsgbNWxscy]
Now when I search B17 on google maps this section is excluded from society.
My question:
1. Has the society map been updated and not present over internet.
2. If map is authentic, is it a land grabbing case?
3. I saw 3 or 4 builders building houses on the mentioned road, RedSun associates even have their model house ready on this controversial road.
