Back pain patient but want a bike what to do?

Kindly share if somebody has any experience of tailbone pain(Coccyx) , what sort of bike was ever recommended to them with what sort of seat .Help needed

In my opinion if somebody have backpain don't drive bike be pillion. If you really need to drive then here are some options
Suzuki Gr150
Yamaha YBR 125
Honda CB150

But they are very costly
Honda CD 70 is good to go.
Don't consider Honda Cg125

First of all I would suggest you not to go for a bike but if you absolutely have to then go for a gr150 cb150f or gs150SE and use the aftermarket cushions available for the seat. But seriously man don't go for a bike. I'm 17 and even I have started to get backpain because of riding a Cd70 for 40-50kms daily

please don't express suicidal intentions at public forum.

you owe your life to your parents, (and to your wife & children if you are married and have a family of your own)
incase of any serious spinal issue you will be put on bed rest and rest of kin /sibling will be thrown into a miserable spin.

please look for some other alternatives as pick & drop facility to & from work. Be kind be nice to yourself !

I have a question, I am 21 years old and I have also started to get a lot of back pain due to riding a 70cc bike daily for work and university, daily travelling is around 60-70 kilometres and I am seriously considering to get a GS 150, can't afford a car as the fuel prices are too costly for what I earn so kindly suggest if GS 150 is that much comfortable to give relief in the back pain?

Read @capsat 's comment again, and tell yourself fuel is cheaper, since there is no replacement part available for backbone / spinal column / vertebral column.

And there is no electrician available for spinal cord repair too.

Get 2-3 colleague from uni or from office (on your route) and provide them pick and drop, tell them to share the fuel expanses

i thought only roads in karachi are from Before Christ era perhaps the story is about whole of Pakistan. Damaged roads are cause of bikers suffering.

make habit of brisk walk in evening. walk relieves several spinal & joint issues. stay out of air cooler & airconditioned environment. or atleast wait 5 minutes under shade after walking out of such zones. High humidity, dehydration, Deficiency of calcium and Vitamin D exposure to high UV day light all contribute to bone & vertebra ailments.

Chalo uni jany k liye kr loon aisa but phir gari ki sirf fuel nhi maintenance cost waghera bhi hoti hy or office k liye bhi bike hi chahiye kyun k night shift hoti hy meri or raat k time daily bht rush hota hy to raat may gari pe office jana possible hi nhi aik comfortable bike ki phir bhi need hogi, that's why...

If the patient MUST use a bike, I can say that the Suzuki 150cc is much much more comfortable than a CD70 or CG125. One of my managers has one, & when there used to be traffic I used to hop on, and ask him to drop me home. You dont feel the bumps as much.

Is the back pain only after bike rides or does it occur at other times too?

(I barely get out of second gear on my bike in 60 km. )

Well, it has now become constant. After riding my 70 it is the worst but, at other times the pain is still there but it is bearable and I think for my age getting back pain is something I should be concerned of as I am just 21 years of age.

Then it may not be due to the bike, but only made worse by riding. It can be due to many causes, from bad posture, to muscular, to bone or disc issues. It would not be right for me to detail it further without imaging or examination over the internet.
