Using new amp for comps since eid , this replaced the kenwood kac 8405 I had . It's alpine mrv 1005 ,bought from @madhouse12 . First plan was to change it straight away it was bought just for trails but now I have started loving it ...comps runs at full potential 150wrms @ 4ohms x 2. But still I'm looking for a 4 channel amp , This can be exchanged with similar alpine 4 channel amp which should give at least 100wrms at 4ohms x4 .difference will be paid .

Enclo is 1 inch MDF , 3 cubes , 2x 4" round ported , it's the same enclo I got from old owner ... New enclosure is yet to be made

So I've been quite playing a lot with subs this past 2 years .... Had this pain sometimes but not so intense , so it Was this when I was installing , uninstalling and then reinstalling sub and amp as a usual activity in summers In my garage ...felt a jerk in my back when lifting the stroker and yeah it was intense . Took a break . Day or 2 passed pain got more and stated radiating towards right foot ... Got to doctor and I've been diagnosed a minor sciatica .

Thus strictly no lifting weights , no bending etc .

Thought of sharing with u guys ......

It was just for trials , urge to listen in car ...otherwise it was installed with my pc in my room this past week with a 240 amp battery .God it produced sick bass

In car performs allaaa but I run out of power , still need to work out for that

Yeshh that's a proper way to install , but I need my back seat sometimes ....and uni starting next week ...car will be parked whole I'm there in hot sun ...so need a mobile solution ..

Thats bad news
Must take utmost care muneeb bhai. I am not saying abandon everything, just take care, not too heavy weights, proper posture and form. Use lumbar support and take the prescribed meds. Wish you get well soon...

For sure do not lift any weights at all . Look into some physio therapy as well before this progresses into a full blown sciata issue.
And yes you will have to change the way you stand, sit etc....And buy one of those supports for when you sit on your chair as well. God willing you will manage this and recover soon. Peace.

Thanks bro im taking all precautions nesscesory , doc said to take meds and change posture while doing everything ... If this not helps than physio therapy is an option . Yes I'll look into those supports as well .

Guys guess what when I asked my doc that am I the only one with this problem in my age , I was certain ...but doc said its quite being common now in 20'ies age group ...and I was like wtf ..

So point sharing this was , use precaution lessen the risk especially ppl in my weight group , when siting use chairs back support .. Don't use computer for hours long ... When lifting any weight don't lift with a jerk .. GOD bless all..
