Guys guess what when I asked my doc that am I the only one with this problem in my age , I was certain ...but doc said its quite being common now in 20'ies age group ...and I was like wtf ..

So point sharing this was , use precaution lessen the risk especially ppl in my weight group , when siting use chairs back support .. Don't use computer for hours long ... When lifting any weight don't lift with a jerk .. GOD bless all..

get well soon Muneed,i had the same problem but thanks to Allah ,dont have it anymore,the best way to treat it is bed rest n use a belt for ur back,the more u rest the quicker it ill get better,thats wt i did.
ps ur shifting more towards sq,good luck buddy,i guess spl wala loog kafi kum ra gai hain ab

Thanks sir , I'm pretty much cured now ,as it's been a while since I lifted any weight (subs :P) . When I went to the doctor , he also told me that now it's pretty common among our age group . As for the system yeah I like good quality sound , you can not boom boom all the time . But still I'm a SPL guy ... I might shift to SQL ,but that are plans for the later .

bro dont have any istallation pics . i used polythene sheet on inner side of the door to protect speakers from water.
