Bad fuel average Honda City 2012

I have bought honda city 2012 MT. it was giving me 14.7km on ac and without ac 15.7km to 15.9km
But from last week i can't understand why its average is dropped from 14-15km to 10-8km
Any one who had faced this issue could share his experience. And experts are requested to give their opinion please.

I always buy fuel from pso. whoever i changes the filling stations available on my route, but mostly i used to buy from trusted filling station,

Yes i calculated on same route, i filled my gas 3 times 33.34litre and checked by dividing total trip in km with total fuel....
