Bad fuel average

Aoa pakwheelers,
My mehran vx 2004 gives 11 or 11. 5 kms of average inter City Karachi without Ac on petrol what should I do to increase it's average as my running is almost 20 kms through shahrah e faisal daily.... I'm very much disappointed from it's bad average

need proper tuning , is your Fan on Auto or Direct?
Which oil you are using?
How is Engine health?
How is Plugs health?
Does it have CNG installed?

Oil 20w50
Yes cng installed using previously but now I'm using petrol
Change and year ago
Engine is ok I think water dropping

Typically Efi Mehran gives 14-15 average in city so for a carb Mehran your average is fine
