Looks like a clogged, dirty cabin air filter.
I am facing the same issue in my vitz although I have replaced my cabin air filter several times.
check your engine bay, could be a cat died in it. this is quite common in the winters
Get ac evaporator cleaning. It is present under dashboard.It might be clogged with dirt for sure.
What was the issue?Have you find out and resolved?
Could be the following:
Mold in AC ducts (use flamingo AC cleaner spray)Dirty AC filter (replace)Dirty Coil (Service)Leaking water exit pipe (remove carpeting and check, fix or replace)Leaking insulation (Probably because of rats, disassemble AC unit and replace)
