Prices have been increased a lot this year. I still remember I was being offered a good location 10 marla plot in phase 3 for just 3.4 millions back in 2012.

I think you need to revisit the market brother...to me ur asking a bit less than the actual market...

@jiggerzzzz Thanks for the advice. Actually I'm in Lahore and I checked the rates by comparing what other people are asking for in the vicinity. It's priced to move and I'm hoping to get a cash offer, rather than with time.

What do you think is the current rate, btw?
