I have recently bought a 2000 Baleno GLi-p. Its fuel pump was not working and I got it replaced but problem was not solved and current is not being transmitted to the pump from Electric Control Unit (ECU) or main computer.My electrician opened it up and found 2 ICs burnt.Can ECU repair be done or ICs can be replaced without changing the whole ECU (it is costly)?Any place to get it done in Rawalpindi/Islamabad?Any cost estimates?I would appreciate the replies from expertsRegardsDr Fawad

we got a burnt PCB repaired from a TV wala technician for a Nissan ECU.
How can your electrician say that two IC's are burnt. I think if IC's are burnt then there must be more problems and not just fuel pump issue.
Better get some more opinions.

Ancient digged. You can buy ecu from bilal gunj. And get it installed over there for check purpose.
