Baleno Fog lights not working

Hi,

I installed the fog lights today but they are not working. The light in the button works but the fog lights never turn on. Any idea why?

I did the following.

Installed the fog lights and plugged them into the already provided sockets behind the bumper.
Installed the switched. Removed one of the cover and wiring was already done so just plugged in the socket to the switch.
Checked the fuse and it is there.

Any ideas?

If its a Jxr, then behind the socket there are 2 kinds of wiring, 1 for the side power mirrors and for the fog lamps.

Check if u installed in the corect one.

Secondly did u find orignal Baleno fog lamps or after market ones ?

Mine are kablee .. They are not the same that come installed in Baleno Sports. They are round with a black plastic around them.

I believe the one for power mirror is bigger in size. I have connected the switch in other one.

Can anyone guide where to find fog light switch wiring in baleno JXR. Any picture or reference of place from where i have to remove the cover. i tried finding by removing cover under steering column but can't figure out which one it is.

Got them for 5k they are round in shape with black cover. Pics can be shared on weekend as car is in islo and I am in lhr at the moment
