Baleno gti1.6 Engine Oil

Dear fellow members, I am confused about what engine oil to use in my Suzuki Baleno 1.6gti, 1999 model, Petrol, 73000km on clock. Uptill now I was using Shell Helix Super (Yellow) but am doubtful if I am getting the genuine oil even from the Shell petrol pumps.
I am using ZIC A in my Mehran 2006, CNG, 13000km on clock, getting it from Suzuki Township Motors which I believe is Genuine. Keeping in view this authenticity, I planned to use the same oil (ZIC A) in my Baleno but confused if it will be suitable for an old engine (73000km driven).
Please guide me what oil to use???
Please also guide from where I can get the genuine oils in Lahore other than Suzuki Motors.

i am using zic A+ and my car has crossed 150,000 km mark. no issues at all

im using Shell ( Blue ) on the same engine for over a year now ...
No issues at all ..!

atleast use the shell blue one(semi synthetic) or ZIC A+.
the yellow one is alright for smaller engines and frequent changes

stay with (a type of oil) please.. avoid switching ard brands and types.

@Hash4u, I think i will switch to ZIC A/A+ and stick to it in future. Will get it changed from Suzuki Township tomorrow as again its a matter of authenticity. I beleive that i can get genuin oil from dealership.

@ buksh, For Baleno, I usually change oil after every 4000km. Change filter on every oil change.

I use Havoline for my Evolution and STi. Almost Rs.1000 for 4litres
