Steering is really hard to rotate... its almost like non powered steering when car is in static condition but hard as non powered but its almost like them. Oil is full and recently changed. Please help me out. What could be the problem?? :-/
belt may be loose.
if no leaks, then have pump and then rack checked.. do you hear clink noise when turning?
Not every time but sometimes when I rotate it when car is stopped.
